UmpGPT is an AI-powered service that provides sports education and advice, and is designed to be compatible with Little League® rules. It is intended for informational and educational purposes only. The answers and advice UmpGPT gives are its own — they are not official rulings, and should not be used as a substitute for official Little League International publications or the decisions of certified umpires.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You agree not to misuse UmpGPT, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer the service, submitting abusive or harmful content, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
You also agree not to submit personal information about yourself or others in your questions — including names, ages, contact information, or any identifying details of minors. UmpGPT answers questions about rules and does not need anyone's personal information.
When you use UmpGPT, we collect the questions you ask, the answers we provide, and basic usage information. We use this information to operate, analyze, and improve the service — including evaluating answer quality and training and improving the AI systems that power UmpGPT. Before information is used to train our AI systems, it is de-identified so that names, email addresses, and other personal identifiers do not appear in future answers. We retain collected information for internal purposes as described in our .
UmpGPT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided by the service.
UmpGPT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
UmpGPT is operated from, and intended for use within, the United States. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
UmpGPT is designed to be compatible with Little League® rules, but the answers and advice it provides are UmpGPT's own and do not reflect the official position or rulings of Little League Baseball, Incorporated. UmpGPT is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Little League Baseball, Incorporated, or any other sports league, association, or governing body. References to Little League® and related marks are used solely to identify and describe the rules the service addresses (nominative fair use).
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
